Had alot of trouble setting it up! Then just didn't work right more time rebooting than watching show Called for help got someone I could not understand.(not much help) and put on hold!! Found out computer could not run movies, from provider. sent it back
Cons: Inconsistent performance, Difficult to set up, Difficult to use, Need fast internet service

WOW! this thing will not pick up a wireless signal to save its life. I have laptops that I can use out in the back yard but this thing cant keep a signal sitting next to the router! And just try to get your money back. Mailed my back 3 weeks ago and still havent recieved a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Mine sucks..

Bought mine 4 days ago from the link on Netflix to the Roku website. Worked fine for the two days I've had it. Today it fails to connect to my wifi Quest DSL Modem Router with wifi. Laptop connects easily all over the property inside and out of the house. It sees my wifi with full scale receive, attempts to connect with WEP but just locks up. Have done power off and restarts and still no connect. Like I say, it worked just fine for two days, then Kaputt. I'm trying to find a way to send this dog back, it don't want to hunt...

Movies keep stopping to reload. Ended up buying a blue-ray with wifi which solved the problem -- but I spent [$] on a Roku which I have no use for!

Being the snow and cold season we use it everyday. it's nice to beable to watch movies when ever we like.there is a great varity of choices. I would like to beable to get new release than to have to wait for a time period before you can get them on instant queshe. I feel the cost of the initial set-up is reasonable.

Cons: Want more video choices
