I received Roku as a Christmas present and dumped cable the next day. Love Netflex and Hulu+ and just found Crackle tonight. Best present I have ever received. Ever!

hooked up fast had to pay a pro

I use this roku all the time I like every thing about it almost They were rite I hooked it up and found the channel it is used on under 5 min, but I still had to pay a pro to come to my home and show me how to get channels and how to set it all up on my PC, so that was 5 min + one week waiting on the pro person to show up at my home. But I'm not angry about it I expected something of the sort to happen.

Cons: Difficult to set up

Live streaming would be great. More unusual sports like the Tour de France, Tour of Italy etc plus March madness. Also more current news; some of the nightly news channels only have old news which is useless. And live concerts.
