I get the green screen too often. Then we have to unplug it, sometimes reset it, and then go through the set up options again. If it had an on/off button (rather than just unplugging it) I believe it would fix the problem. The green screen appears most often when it has sat idle for a couple of days. Your support is wonderful! I asked a question one evening and had the answer the next morning.

Cons: Want more video choices, Inconsistent performance

I have one in my bedroom and a WII in the livng room. The roku is much easier to use than the WII and has HD. The user interface is so easy and the whole system is very reliable. I told my brother about it and he purchesed one and also loves it.

Very satisfied with our Roku XD player

We have really enjoyed the use of our Roku XD it has allowed us to watch alot of videos. Our one complaint is not being able to stream new videos and we miss our shows on the discovery channel and and some other channels with reality type of shows. Ex:operation wild (has to do with Wildlife Officers from Florida, Billy's Swamp Safari from Florida. We really miss those shows alot. If you could add shows such as these we would appreciate it. Thanks we enjoy your efforts.
