I love my Roku

Recommended to friend and they snatched it up before we did. I love the convenience of Netflix and Pandora without the hassle of a computer. Our internet connection is pretty slow (to be remedied very soon) so on occasion, the start-up of our Roku takes a minute or two ... usually 100% problem free. Was never able to correct wireless conflict on setup, my Roku is hard wired.
Pros: High quality picture, Great value, Easy to set up, Easy to use, Compact
Cons: Want more video choices, Sometimes slow to boot

Too Many service interuptions

Service stops and reboots to frequently. Can't back up without waiting for system to reboot. Service interruptions are too frequent. Streaming is anything but streaming. Even so, if you have patience, its a nice system.

Cons: Inconsistent performance

Great Toy

I do really enjoy the option of more channels, I had not used a router before. Your promos should inform consumer that router would more than likely be required. Much more detailed installation info needed for those of us who were not raised on computers. Again, very very good to have free options. Installation details a must. I almost sent the thing back, but am glad I did not. Maybe travel channels, history channels.
Pros: High quality picture, Choice no monthly charge, Easy to use, Great value, Compact
Cons: Want more video choices, Hate recently viewed list, Difficult to set up

connection interuptions

I use this player to watch movies because I did not like the quality and sound I was getting from trying to watch an my computer. Using this product to do that has been great except that I live in an area near the airport and it seems that I'm getting interuptions when the planes are going overhead. I have been shy about adding channels because af the added expense.
Pros: Compact, Great value, Easy to set up, High quality picture, Easy to use
Cons: Connection interuptions, Inconsistent performance, Want more video choices

Needs subtiles! The subtitles in TORA TORA TORA do not appear.... whats with that?
Pros: Video selection, Compact, Great value, Built in Wi-Fi, Reliability, Easy to set up, Easy to use, High quality picture
Cons: No subtitles, Need fast internet service
