I was very excited to get my Roku box in the mail. I purchased it through my netflix(we were referrded to this product by netflix)account so I could stream movies to the television. About half way through set-up I could not continue until I put in credit card information. They DID NOT specify this when I purchased the equipment. I have paypal but am so mad that I am returning the box as I that I already pay for my netflix account.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality Reception

It seems easy enough to hook up but I tried the wireless and it was loosy. I decided to hard wire and loosy. Not sure what this is suppost to be for everyone else but so far I am returning it. I am waiting on some kind of feedback from customer service to see if my box is bad.

Cons: Inconsistent performance

THERE WAS NO INFO ON MAX DISTANCE BETWEEN ROKU XD AND WIRELESS ROUTER.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Compact, Video selection
Cons: Difficult to use, Difficult to set up
