Once linked to your Netflix account, worked like a charm. It's easy to navigate through the menu's. All the movies in your instant queue are at the top and easy to locate. The search function works pretty well also. The only drawback is the selection that is available is fairly limited on Netflix. I don't have a use for Hulu, used the free trial, then cancelled. I record most TV programs using my DirecTV DVR. I did find the Amazon movies on demand works well & had better selection than DirecTV. - John
Pros: Great value, Compact, Reliability, High quality picture, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, Easy to set up
Cons: Want more video choices

Fantastic upgrade (for us, at least) to stream Netflix in HD. Enjoying Pandora through home theater system is exceptional. Love the free previews on Amazon on Demand... all of this in one system, and I'm able to sneak the Roku box right under our HD screen.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to set up, Great value, High quality picture, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upon arrrival, a simple brochure assures you that set-up will be simple, even saying that it will take only five minutes. After three hours, conversations with inarticulate Indian women, and the purchase of a splitter, installation was completed. I don't think my situation was that unique, a DVR cable box and an Apple Airport created mass confusion with all but one who attempted to help me.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, High quality picture, Video selection, Great value, Compact
Cons: Difficult to set up, Need fast internet service
I would recommend this to a friend!

The pause image that comes up occupies two, hefty, horizontal spaces at the bottom of the screen and really gets in the way if say you pause to read the text in a subtitle or want to view a still image of what's playing. Slightly shortening the horizontal playback bar and shifting it a bit to one side, and then putting the pause symbol in that same space might help some. I don't know. The playback bar does provide helpful information, but seems too big. Maybe if it fades away after half a second? Again, I don't know. This does need to be addressed, though.
Pros: High quality picture, Great value, EZ to use remote control, Reliability, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact, Easy to set up, Easy to use
Cons: Want more video choices, Pause image needs fixing
