I love how clear the picture is! Very easy to use, once it is set up
Pros: Easy to use, High quality picture, Compact, Great value, Built in Wi-Fi, Reliability
Cons: Need more movie choices, Difficult to set up, Want more video choices, Need better instructions

We travel to Texas in the winter and stay in an RV park that has wifi. We brought our Roku along and when I had difficulty setting it up, I called the tech support number and was soon in business. We love being able to view Netflix movies instantly.

I was unable to connect to the internet in the guided set up. One chat to the tech team fixed the issue. It was a long process, but the tech was very patient and knowledgable and I am happily connected now.

I use the product all the time to watch instant titles off of netflix. I really like it and it was very easy to set up and use. The only problem I have is sometimes I lose the internet connection but that could be because my wireless router is kind of old.

This was a gift, so I can't comment honestly about value for what was paid. So far all I have used this for is Netflix, and it has performed flawlessly. There was a minor glitch during setup that necessitated going to the Roku online tech support chatline. The technician was very helpful and instantly solved the problem, then kept the chat active while I went through the rest of the steps of the installation. I have been very pleased overall.
