"STREAMING" NOT RELIABLE

The ROKU is a wonderful tool; however, sometimes I cannot "get thru"...I don't think it is the' ROKU - I think too many people are on Netflix and it can't accept anymore for whatever reason...very frustrating - like a Saturday night. During days when people are at work, I've not had this problem...do you know what is happening?? I'd like to know. Thanks

Love the convenience - just wish my internet connection was better. I use because I like Netflix and I deplore TV ads!!

Cons: Need fast internet service

Simply put, with a device like the Roku coupled with Netflix, I will never pay for cable again.

The Good and the Unknown

I use the Roku in conjunction with Netflix and really appreciate the value and service. My complaint is that I don't know what the other channels offer and I have found no place that expalins the channels, i.e. content, style, price, free. Some marketing needed here.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Great value, Easy to set up

The technology is great - very easy setup, streaming is perfect for me. Would prefer more video choices. Netflix movies are limited and Amazon is only $1 per movie cheaper than my overpriced cable provider.

Almost Great

One problem. When I turn the Roku on, more often than not I get a blank, green screen, which means there there is no signal coming from the Roku unit. I have to either wiggle or unplug and re plug the USB cable at the Roku, at which point everything works again. (So Far)
