I can think of no negative comments. We watch movies nearly every night from netflix. It is so easy to use through Roku. Now if you could only have closed captioning (CC) on streaming movies it would be a perfect "10".

So tiny device, yet a powerful product

Maybe it will sound repetitive with other reviews, but it was true, it only takes 3 minutes to set up the device. It is very tiny, but when it comes to quality, it is very impressive. One feature I really liked: Usually, with other devices (like Bluray players or Ipods) if you want to link your device with your Netflix account, or Hulu, or Amazon VOD, you have to enter ALL your information, email, password, and it usually takes forever to type it with the remote, one letter at a time. With Roku, all you need to do is to go to the website of your streaming account, and introduce a 5 character code that Roku will give you, and thats it! No annoying registration processes, just one code in your PC and you are in the road! You don't need to enter any other information. I really loved this.Now, speaking about quality and programming. I linked my Roku with Huluplus.com, and, wow, I got 1080p HDX quality immediately. The quality was just ridiculous. Flawless, sharp and colourful. Watching Season 9 of Family guy was a supernatural experience. Then I discovered that I could activate subtitles, and then I felt in heaven. (English is my second language, I appreciate when I can get subtitles). I tried then Netflix, and the layout for browsing the Netflix library is very intuitive, and easier than other players.Then I explored the rest of available channels, and, to my surprise, there were so many that now I don't know what to add. The list of channels is overwhelming, seriously.I highly recommend this product. Now I can say good bye forever to my cable bill. With [...] I was spending almost $90 dollars a month, now with Roku I only spend $8 on Netflix, and $8 in Huluplus, and I got more programming than I could ever watch.
