After initial set-up problems that were solved by Roku Customer Service, I've had no problems viewing & enjoying my Roku. I've been a Netflix fan for several years. The Roku makes Netflix an even better bargain, and makes their listings easily accessible. I love my Roku!
Pros: Reliability, Great value, Video selection, Compact, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, High quality picture

Decent device, easy to use, and unifrm application framework and UI. Like mst OTT devices, lacks linear broadcast features (ie watch tv, while voting, getting background on show, chat, etc. Would be solid IP extension/add-on for cable service. Cheers!

What a great little device

It's a great product. I bought two of these, signed up for Netflix & HuluPLUS and never looked back. The on cons I see are the fact that the boxes will freeze and reset themselves about every 10 days. I also wish that the remote would control the basic functions of my TV (Power on/off, input selection & volume). But whenever I experience a minor annoyance I remember the fact that my $90+ cable bill has been replaced by a mere $16 charge for Netflix & Hulu!

Cons: Basic Remote, Want more video choices
