where are the directions of operation?

You need to provide more than a setup page. I had to strugle to get the unit programed to the TV and when I could not get streaming I was lost. when I did contact your customer service all you could do was let someone who did not speak vert good english try and help me.
Pros: High quality picture
Cons: Inconsistent performance, Need fast internet service, Difficult to use

Love that I can get rid of my satellite. I would like to see more than just netflix, because they are a little behind on getting movies. Hulu is great. I want to see more live tv. Worth it if you dont watch a ton of TV. Great for the kids.
Pros: Easy to set up, Reliability, Easy to use, High quality picture, Great value

I bought this as a gift for my husband with the intention of using it primarily for Netflix. Setup only took a few minutes and was pretty simple. LOVE that Pandora is included - I think that might be my favorite part! I also love how small the unit is! Channel choices are good, however there are many we would never watch. Wish the Netflix options were better...I think the selection is okay, but it's really cumbersome to scroll through everything on the screen. It's not a big deal, we just find it easier to update our queue online. We haven't tried out the Amazon.com selections yet, but I think that will be coming soon.

Would not connect to Roku server

I have an older Roku player that keeps interruping move downloads to stream more data. We have a 1.5MB LAN and that is the fastest in our area. The new one does not interrupt as often but sill does. Setup was a problem. It took several days before the the new Ruko unit connected to the Ruko server. Once that was done, the rest of setup was easy.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi
Cons: Difficult to set up, Inconsistent performance
