We use the Roku primarily for Netflix. It was easy to set up. No parental controls at this time is a big negative.
Pros: Compact, Easy to set up, Easy to use, Built in Wi-Fi
Cons: Inconsistent performance, Want more video choices

How did I live with out one.

I am using the wireless setup with RCA cables to connect to an analog TV , I am going the run a network cable because I think the already good picture will improve. I just ordered an another unit.
Pros: Compact, High quality picture, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Keeps the wife happy, Reliability, Great value, Video selection, Built in Wi-Fi

We love being able to find a movie, or watch some favorite old TV series episodes when we are up late and with or 100+ cable setup there is STILL nothing worth watching!We would never buy a Wii or Play Station just to do this - but for under $100 we don't think this can be beat.

Cons: Need fast internet service

I would use it more if I could figure out how to use it. I need users manual as it is hit and miss guess what to do with the remote. I am a Netflix user and I can not find how to select any movie that is not already in my que. The keys on the remote do not make sense to me.

Cons: Want more video choices, Difficult to use, Remote hard to use
