I enjoy the Netflix movies and some of the other channels. The Pub-d-hub Classic Film Channel has been a blast. On two occasions it has frozen up on me. All I did was disconnect the power and try again. Not really a big deal.
Pros: High quality picture, Built in Wi-Fi, Great value, Compact, Easy to set up, Easy to use
Cons: Freezes

Netflix and Hulu only at 1080 HD. It will be great when they get to 1080HD.
Pros: Compact size, Increased HD capability
Cons: Outputs as older Mod 1000, Doesn't have as many

Looking to stream programming and not really needing another DVD player(I have 3 or 4)I found Roku. The player was less expensive than a wireless Blue-Ray player and so easy to setup. Works almost flawlessly, and will buy another unit soon. The faster the internet connection the better and the proximity to your router seems to be important also. On occasion,I must reconnect to the router to view programming. At little annoying but quite tolerable, none the less, and probably related to the location of the router which is on the other side of the house. A great product, Thank you!

Cons: Inconsistent performance, Need fast internet service

Used currently for Netflix (great), Hulu Plus (so so service, not Roku's fault), and Pandora mostly. It works as advertised.
Pros: Easy to use, High quality picture, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact
Cons: Difficult to set up, Want more video choices, Inconsistent performance

I love the variety of available streaming from Roku. The equipment works well, even with my 12 yr old tv. I had a bit of difficulty setting up my tv until I realized to switch it to "aux" setting instead of cable, but the pictures come in well. I am sure that the line strength from my internet provider has something to do with the picture de-picilating. This is a great product for people without Wii or other gaming equipment.
Pros: Compact, Easy to use, Great value
Cons: Want more video choices
