Wish it had more content. I would like regular Hulu to be available.

Was easy to set up and use. I use it for my bedroom. My living room has a blueray with apps but my bedroom just had a tv. It gave the tv back there a new life and more choices for me.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Compact, Easy to set up, Easy to use
Cons: Want more video choices

Easy to set up, easy to use

We use this in place of a full tv subscription service such as cable. Very cost effective with a good selection of choices, though we would like to see a slightly broader selection of current entertainment.
Pros: Easy to set up, Simple great picture, Great value, High quality picture, Reliability, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact, Easy to use
Cons: Want more video choices

Clean up the registration and sync process. Make the tell a friend set up easier and easier to understand. I'm a digital electronics tech with over 20 years in consumer electronics both in tech service and marketing....and I had a difficult time navigating these two processes...Perhaps a flow chart approach would help...

My Review of Roku

Great product which I believe would appeal to more people if they were to see how it works. We have to reset almost every use, but not a big problem. Picture quality is all over the board as HD are sometimes poor picture while those not noted as HD are often beautiful picture of HD quality. We can't rely on the Netflix HD notification, but not ROKU's fault. It is excellent and a great value, if for nothing else but Netflix!!! I found HulU PLUS to be ok, but I don't think they have enough content to keep me subscribing more than one month. Unless you like old tv shows, you won't use HuLu Plu very much.Overall, ROKU is better than I thought it would be and would recommend to most households.

Unlike some others, I haven't found anything wrongor any short comings. I think it is a useful device for home entertainment.

Great player but. . . .

I wish the problem with freezing could be solved. Sometimes while watching a show the screen freezes but the audio continues. This is annoying. But this is a great way to watch TV and movies and a great alternative to outrageous Cable TV. We just bought one for our son and will recommend to our friends.
Pros: Compact, Video selection, Easy to set up, Built in Wi-Fi, Great value
Cons: Inconsistent performance
