I thought this device simple to set up and use, love the simple remote with big buttons and think that my 83 yr old mother could use this with ease. Only had for about 3 weeks and so for are very satisfied with product.

Lots of fun for hearing person. No closed captioning for non-hearing. You should warn people about that.

I did help set this up, but it was a gift to a family that I'm close to. It would have been nice to be able to gift this to them from the start. It would be more convenient for all follow emails and offers be sent to them. All aspects of the install went as planned. There were need of multiple CAT5 lines to the other side of the house so I thought this was the opportunity to add a use for one. They are very happy with the device and comment on it often.

Big things in small packages

I like the combination of HDMI and the RCA jacks because in my case I needed both. I use HDMI for the video and the red/white RCAs for the audio. I love the small size and light weight; not a lot of room needs to be afforded for the device. I find that the Netflix streaming quality is quite good, even when others in my home are connected to the router. Overall, it's a smart device that performs happily and consistently.

Very easy to set up, and easy to use. We are Netflix subscribers, and use the Roku for Neflix content only, which is fair for TV shows but poor for movies.
