i like it. it does the job well. i wish that i could watch utube and also live stream tv programs offered at there web sites.
Pros: High quality picture, Great value, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, Compact, Easy to set up
Cons: Want more video choices

The player is pretty nice. However, it entered a reboot cycle last week (2 weeks after we got it) and I couldn't get it out. Customer service was of no use. After waiting 45 minutes for an on-line chat, they closed for the night. I did get a form to submit my inquiry, and never got a response. The unit start working again on it's own. Go figure. Thinking I would have gotten service from Apple...
Pros: Compact, Easy to set up, Built in Wi-Fi
Cons: Unreliable, Inconsistent performance, Poor Customer Service

if I could get it to hook up to my dlink router for the wireless It won't let me go any further than that, because of a security is not matching the roku box I am thinking of sending it back, I am very disapointed at this.
Pros: Great value, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact
Cons: Difficult to set up

I bought the Ruko box to watch Netflix movies. I had no idea of all the content avalible on the Ruko network. I have set up music, news, and a couple of other stations so far. Great selection of music, Love it!

Would have it set-up in under 5 minutes if I would have realized that I was spelling my password incorrectly...oh well. In the 4 weeks I have been using I have had only one issue and that was a Comcast issue. Great product for the price.

Best thing since sliced white bread. I needed tech support because I'm just dense and they were AWSOME to say the least!! I'm going to tell everyone that they need this for their home entertainment system. It's unbelievable!!
