wish Netflix supported a higher HD level,, had an issue and Netflix said it was the Roju box but ended up being Netflix,, Roku had far better customer service,,

Great device

We use the device mainly for Netflix. We are running it on a 42" plasma on a wifi network. We have a dsl line, and the picture quality is great. The only (slight) problem we had was trying to maintain a connection while the unit was inside the entertainment center. We moved it to the outside, where it sits very unobtrusively beside the TV. It works great from that location. It's a great value, I would certainly recommend it.

Ease of Installing

I'm 71 years old & found that these units were very easy to setup, it was a little slow getting the first one hooked up & working but the second one went a lot faster, as a matter of fact I'm thinking about buying a third one & set it up in my master bedroom for evening viewing, I have certainly recommended Roku to several of my friends & they are thinking about buying into Roku & Netflix....thanks.....

Takes a very long time to connect

We have a fast internet connection and I always have problems with the initial connection to the internet. It takes a very long time to connect to Netflix and longer to get the movie buffed and ready to watch. The quality of the movies are poor.
Cons: Inconsistent performance
