its an awesome device to have, especially if you don't have cable. i have one and i just bought one for my parents for christmas. the device itself is tiny and responsive. i don't have a problem using it, but sometimes it confuses my mom and dad.
Pros: Video selection, Compact, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to set up, Great value
Cons: Want more video choices, Need fast internet service

Great Netflix Device!

Purchased as a gift for elderly parents 75+ who learned how to operate in less than 10 minutes! I was able to set it up in under 15 minutes-very simple. I purchased the middle cost Roku as they have wireless internet and I was concerned with streaming from another room.

Easy to set up, great performance

This player, combined with Netflix and Hulu Plus, is fantastic. I have a decent internet connection (15 Mbps) and get great performance, great picture quality. The unit was easy to set up (including connecting with my wifi network and linking the player to a Roku account online). My only suggestion, and I think it would be hugely helpful, would be to improve the interface. Browsing and selecting channels is clunky, as is finding and choosing items within Netflix.

Easy to set up, lots of viewing options. We like Amazon Video on Demand and Netflix a lot and pretty much use our Roku to stream movies every night. Best money spent.
