What a great little device!

This is a great little PORTABLE device. We will be purchasing two more, but in the mean time, it is VERY easy to move from room to room! Not only does it work with virtually any TV, my six year old daughter can hook it up! The quality is outstanding. The simplicity of use is amazing! Within the first ten minutes of owning it, my 6 year old daughter was patiently explaining to my wife how it works!
Pros: High quality picture, Compact, Easy to use, Great value, Video selection, Portable, Reliability, Easy to set up, Built in Wi-Fi
Cons: A little slow to boot up

I think the concept is fine. I wish Netflix would make more films available online. Also my "high speed connection" stalls out during peak periods. (It runs fine in the early evening)I may have to look at spending money on a faster wireless router. I timed the connection on my son's laptop and it is way slower than the wired service.

Cons: Need fast internet service, Want more video choices

It'd be nice to be able to selectively delete stuff in the Recently Watched list at Netflix, but that's probably nothing Roku can do anything about.

Netflix needs to get more current movies, Roku is ready, but Netflix is way behind. Other apps are great, especially music.

As long as you have decent (consistent) internet access, you will love the Roku. My wife who hates complicated devices really loves the Roku. Highly recommended.
