Good deal for the money

This is a great deal, as long as you are willing to compromise on a few things: Even HD picture quality is not quite as good as "HD" when it is broadcast over-the-air. Netflix only releases older films or crummy films for streaming (at least as of now); anything good you still need to get the DVD in the mail.
Pros: Great value, High quality picture, Reliability, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact
Cons: Want more video choices, Need fast internet service

We do not have TV-this is our only access to viewing. It is slow and poor quality.

Silly-simple to set up, even with WPA2 security on our wi-fi. Hooked this XL to our new Plasma, which is our primary TV. Moved our original Roku to the kitchen and hooked it to a Netgear Powerline adapter, due to the distance from our router. Easy to use, even for my technology-challenged better half. Love being able to search Netflix and being able to get the TWIT network. We just wish there was more in the way of current TV content so we could dump our expanded basic cable. I plan on getting one for the TV in the grandkids' room.

Never used Netflix before this but the $8.99 per month for unlimited Netflix and this Roku box were a compelling combination.
Pros: Great value, Compact, Reliability, IT WORKS, High quality picture
Cons: Make finding stuff easier, Difficult to set up
