GREAT PRODUCT - A BREEZE TO SET UP

This product performed as advertised. I bought two units, one for a study and one for a living room, which is located a fair distane away from our wireless router. But, it still was able to pick up the signal and deliver a good quality picture without any breaking up. I just upgraded to a dual-band wireless g-n router, so that probably helps with the good reception. Set up and watching netflix within 15 minutes of opening the box. Easy remote to use too, not very complicated. Will probably buy one more for a daughter going back to college, as she loves being able to watch movies/nexflix without needing to run to the video rental store all the time.
Pros: Compact, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Great value

"Dump your Cable"

Surprisingly easy to set up and compact. Did not take up a lot of space. I love the huge selection of Movies from Netflix and Roku offers quite a selection of movies, shows and music that you can choose from. I am suggesting Roku to everyone that I know.

Does what we want

I mentioned some "like to have" features but I'm not sure I'd really want to trade its simplicity and reliability for them. Roku has been my main music source (via Pandora) since the day I got it and we get 100 times more out of Netflix with Roku than before we had it.
Pros: Easy to use, Compact, High quality picture, Built in Wi-Fi, Great value, Easy to set up
Cons: No network links, No youtube, No closed captioning, Free Hulu not available, No manual downspeed

I can't believe how simple this is to use, and the picture quality is awesome, even on my old TV. I use it all the time, no need for expensive cable movie channels!
