REMOTE TOO SMALL I MEAN ITS NICE BUT IT GETS LOST EASY LOVE THE PURPLE TAG

I purchased the Roku XD to go in a bedroom where we didn't have Dish wired in. It was actually such a hit that we purchased a second Roku to go in our kids bedroom. Before the Roku we were going to run Dish Network into those two rooms and now we don't have to. My two year old can turn on the TV navigate to Netflix and find what he wants to see. The remote is simple and the navigation as well. I also have Google TV vis a Logitech Revue and a new Apple TV and now are as good as a Roku! I really recommend this to anyone that enjoys entertainment.
Pros: Convenient, Built in Wi-Fi, Hulu, Netflix, Great value, Easy to use

Can't have just one

I use this product at different times during the day and night for movies, tv shows - both old and new. I appreciate the fact that I can watch old episodes of a tv series that I may have missed, or enjoy a silent movie. I enjoy the wide range of entertainment available on the roko. I don't like the fact that the roku complains about an unknown audio source repeatedly. I also wish there were more stations/channels that provided free movies and tv series. I would also like to see more "current" movies.

Cons: Needs Hulu Free, Needs closed captioning, More free video choices

Powerful Little Device

Box has lots of room for potential. I applied for a developer account and I am beginning to develop a media extender style channel. My only real complaint with this device is that it does not support DIVX/XVID codecs.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, High quality picture, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Compact
Cons: Doesn't support XVID, Want more video choices, No onoff switch, Limited channel choices, No media extender feature, Doesn't support DIVX
