Easy to Install, works great

It took a while to figure out the wireless was having a hard time connecting. Kept ending up at the beginning screen. Finally, plugged in a temporary wired connection, and it worked fine. But now, I have to run a wire where I thought I could use wireless.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to set up
Cons: Wireless hard to connect

Bought one for bedroom tv to enhance the basic cable. Roku offers so much more than expected, so we bought another one for our main living room tv.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, Great value, Compact, Easy to set up, High quality picture
Cons: Want more video choices, Offer Hulu

We love our Roku! We bought it to connect with our Netflix account since we just have basic cable to save money. There are thousands of movies to choose from, but to get very new releases, you need to use a premium channel and pay for them separately. Still, even if we pay for a movie, we are saving SO much money per month over our old cable plan. Using the Roku tends to slow down the internet connection to our computer, but this is not a huge problem. It is easy to move it from one TV to another if we decide we want to watch a movie in the bedroom instead of the living room. There are so many awesome, free channels. We absolutely LOVE it!

Cons: Slows internet down, Want more video choices

If you have Netflix you need a Roku player. Make sure you have the proper cable for high definition. Easy to set up. Easy to use.

I'm completely in love with my Roku! I can indulge my 'Office' and 'Arrested Development' addiction at any moment through Netflix or do something productive like watch a political documentary....it seems to basically read my mind. Better than most boyfriends!!
