Through no fault of its own, our Roku does its work in the room in our house with the least reliable wireless connections. We do occasionally lose signal; sometimes we have to reboot our LinkSys. But these issues have actually occurred much less frequently than I expected going in. We've watched a lot of NetFlix and some Hulu Plus content, and 98% of the time, reliably so. Not quite "dial tone," but it's not driving me crazy, either.
Pros: Great value, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Compact, High quality picture
Cons: Need fast internet service

So far so good with the Roku. The set up was pretty easy except for one snag. I have a T-Mobile hotspot router (Linksys). There was no documentation about one little setting that needed to be changed on this router for me to be able to connect the ROku box. I do have to say...customer service was spot on and fixed this problem quickly. The only complaint I have thus far...is that many of the channels offered require that you pay for their subscription. This is not Roku's fault, but it needs to be understood that you are going to have to pay to see a lot of the content (Amebe, NHL, and obviously Hulu Plus). Otherwise...the picture quality is fantastic and NETFLIX is a dream to watch!!

Use primarily for watching high rated movies (old and new) and also movies that I have seen long time ago. Netflix is my primary source.
Pros: Easy to set up, High quality picture, Video selection, Easy to use, Compact

I am disabled and don't get around very well. Now I can enjoy more movies to help the days go bye faster and have more to look forward to when I get up in the mornings. Thank You for putting out this product.

The Roku is a great option to get movies when you want them. It is a great alternative to buying a Blu-Ray disc or going through one's computer. I like it's small size and the search options.
