I like the coffee maker a lot, except for the high pitched five beeps that goes off when it’s done brewing. It hurts my dogs ears and has become an issue.

I replace a Krups coffeemaker with the Cuisinart brand I've always loved. The Krups made a great coffee, however rusted out and failed after only 10 months. This Cuisinart is easy to use, makes a great, hot coffee, and I'm very happy with it. It has all the straight-forward features I need and want.

I am very pleased with this coffee maker! We got it to replace the last Cuisinart coffee maker we bought over 10 years ago, my wife accidentally dropped the old one and it still worked even the carafe did not break, but the lid was cracked, so we still have that one as a backup. So far it is looking like we are going to get many years of use out of this one as well!
