Will be returning. Cleaning light came on after a week of use. Water from condensation drips from the front of the unit. Slow to brew.

Excellent coffee. Easy to program and clean. Burner temperature and brew settings are nice features. Only feature that is missing for us is a lighted LED display so that it would be easier to view, we currently use a small flashlight when needed to program and see the LED.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our second Cuisinart coffee brewer. Our first was 14 cups. This one is 12; we make 12 cups in the morning, so that carafe is FULL. The construction of the machine is of a less sturdy construction; if I move the machine back on the counter the metal on the side flexes. I assume it's made of thinner gauge metal. For the money, I would expect a better grade. But it still makes really good coffee.

The reservoir being on the side of the coffee maker is hard to watch as water is poured, and there isn’t a light to help.
There is no light in the clock, it’s very hard to see the clock.
