My third Cuisinart coffee maker in many years. Coffee always tastes good and machine is
easy to operate. Really like the automatic shutoff (wouldn't buy without) and the choices for
darker brew, temperature and pot size are a plus. Pricier that some other 12 cup coffee makers but worth it as it lasts for years.

The coffee maker brews a full pot pretty quickly. It comes with a foil reusable filter. There is an auto off feature that will turn off the coffee maker after a designated time (default is 1 hour). The best part is the the 3 year warranty. Mine started to develop a leak, but since I was still in the warranty period, they sent me a new one.

We purchased the Extreme Brew when we could no longer find a Brew type coffee maker we liked. To our surprise and delight after purchasing the Cusinart Extreme Brew we would never go back. This coffee maker is easy to use, has plenty of option settings to pick from and makes a fantastic cup coffee. It is also fast and easy to clean. We would recommend this to anyone.
