I HAVE HAD THIS EXTREME BREW 12 CUP PROGRAMMABLE COFFEEMAKER FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. IT MAKES GREAT COFFEE AN VERY EASY TO USE. MY FIRST ONE I HAD FOR 15 YEARS AN WHEN I PURCHASED IT THE ALARM SOUND THAT LETS YOU KNOW YOUR COFFEE IS READY DID NOT WORK. I WAS VERY SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THIS ONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS YOU WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE FIXED. BUT I WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK FOR THAT REASON. THE COFFEE IS STILL GREAT.

I am replacing my 7 yr old Extreme Brew 12 cup programmable coffeemaker because it was not heating as well as it use to. When I had Mr Coffees they only lasted about a year. I hope to get 7 more yrs out of this new one!!

I have had a Cuisinart coffee pot for quite some time. When the last one started to go, I immediately looked for another. When I discovered this one was BPA free, and the design had more Stainless Steel and less black than the last one, the choice was made! I love it!
