Overall its a functioning coffee pot. 2 things that bother me about this product.
1 The clock is hard to read (not lighted)
2 No auto shutoff when decanter is removed to pour during the brewing process. You have to wait till its done brewing before you can pour a cup. With today's technology you would think that this would be a standard feature.

Had 3 of the previous models before this one which is a significant upgrade. The design is well thought out, fit and tolerances are excellent and all the problems with the previous models are eliminated.

This is my second purchase of this model. It! My first one had to be replaced after having it for about 10 years and I bought the thermal Cuisinart and I absolutely hated it. It spilled when it poured out, the taste was awful, it wasn’t very hot, so I went back to what I knew I loved, and I re-bought this again! And I’m so happy I did! Please don’t ever discontinue this model.

The coffee just is not hot enough. I purchased this coffee pot because I thought it would produce a hot cup of coffee. It’s just luke warm coffee. Kinda disappointed in my purchase.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my product. I have always bought your products and the last coffee machine was amazing. My new product does not brew or keep the coffee hot. I have the settings on hot but for some reason the coffee is not. The last machine I had the coffee was scorching and stayed hot. This machine brews quickly but it is not doing the job I wanted it to do. The machine also, does not stay on long it shuts off within an hour and a half. The other machine stayed on for at least 2-4 hours.
