Glossy Screen is a downfall.

The only problem I can find with this TV, is that the glossy screen creates too much reflection. It is hard to watch in a lit room with windows.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: too much glare on screen

Amazing Picture

This TV is awesome! Value for the size is amazing. Easy installation and setup.
I would change the HDMI outputs to be on the side rather than extend out of the back to give it a slimmer fit against the wall, but that is the only minor design improvement.
Overall I would buy this for every room in my home if I had the money. It is an outstanding value and the best quality.
I would have liked it if the wireless connectivity was included but I will have to buy that separately.

Cons: need additional hardware to get internet features

I have had this tv for about 3 weeks now and I can tell you that I am 100% happy with my purchase. This set has a great picture! The colors are beautiful and vivid and they knock me off my feet time and time again! I can only hope this tv lasts me forever because I would be happy to have it for that long. Great product Samsung !

Nice picture, great design and value for the dollar. I was very surprised at the picture quality for what we paid and I was at the store ready to pay more. Very happy and most of all so is my wife.

A great picture from any angle

I shopped around a lot to find a TV to replace an old rear projection. Price, Value and Reputation was a BIG factor on my decision. I decided to go with a plasma because of the way it would be viewed in the Living Room it was going in. From anywhere you sit in the room you can see the picture. It is bright and clear. I like the sleek design. My son's love it when their playing their x-box on it. I've never owned a Samsung but did my research and felt confident that the TV would be around for a long time ! I'm very happy with my new 51" plasma tv.

I have never owned a Samsung product, but my best friend swears by them. I bought this tv to replace a Toshiba DLP tv for my 79-year old mom to watch during the day. The picture is so vivid that even she noticed! I am very, very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone in the market for a great plasma television.

I love this tv. the picture quality is excellent. sound is okay. the color displayed on this set is gorgeous. Only one problem for me the tv stand is garbage. not steady at all no matter how you try to adjust, tighten screws just not happening.

Cons: terrible tv stand, tv stand dont swivel
