Great TV

This is a good looking TV as well as having a great picture. It can bleed through in very dark movies. But overall I love this TV. I have two. A 46 inch and a 55 inch.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

I think the title says it all, we are just astounded by the clarity on this 55-inch TV. It's clear to the point where, while watching Thor on Blu-Ray, you can see the mesh of the wig where they blended it into Chris' forehead under the makeup! For standard-def stuff, though, the TV processes it to a point where the picture looks fuzzy, but not BAD fuzzy - you can tell it REALLY tries to make standard-def look good, where-as many early HDTV's seemed to go out of their way to highlight all the flaws in standard-def TV and recordings. Another neat power/screen-saving feature we just discovered: if you pause the DVR on the 'black' between commercials, the screen will actually power off until you hit play, similar to newer cars that turn off the engine at stoplights. We love this TV and hope to enjoy it for many years to come!

Samsung Smart TV picture is almost too realistic

The picture on this TV is so realistic that at first it almost seemed fake. We have gotten used to it though, and we love it.

First TV we've purchased since 2006. First smart tv. Very good. Apps good be better, mlbtv doesn't seem to work. Might be me. Might be mlb. For cable tv, blue ray. streaming video, love the tv. Great picture. Awesome picture actually.
