I can’t add any praise to that of the other five-star reviews, so I will comment on an unexpected bonus I found when I cranked up my new TV. The sound quality is incredible! I never had the opportunity to listen to the unit at the store, I purchased it because of the visual aspects alone. Crystal clear tones give old, familiar movies a new dimension. Highly recommend this TV.

I definitely recommend this tv. I do not use the 3D features often but it's nice to have the ability. The Samsung SmartHub Apps are what set this tv apart. Easily watch Netflix, Hulu, and stream internet radio without any additional hardware. Great tv.

If you have the money for a high-end TV in the 55-inch class, here it is. I love mine, and while the list of features for the non-videophile is daunting, I know that anything I want a TV to do...it will excel at.
Save up a little more for a couple more months, and get the TV that you REALLY want. You're going to own it for many years, and 'technology creep' won't overtake this performance-and-features-heavy product for a long time.

The look of this HDTV mounted to a wall is crisp and clean. Picture is vibrant and clear. SmartAps feature is unique. It was easy to connect. I liked that Samsung used/created a 90-degree angled electric plug. This allowed less space behind the TV which make the TV slim mounted.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: tv speakers weak but most are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This TV is exceptional - it is even better than the Samsung C-series LED we already have and that was tough to do. There is nothing that I dislike about it. I was not sure I would like 3D, but even that is impressive!

Colors are very dynamic as is the picture. Even 2D seems lise 3D in that it feels like you are on the set of the show you are watching in HD! Everyone that has seen the TV remarks about the clarity and quality of the LED picture!
