This TV is awesome!! I was watching the blue ray version of the Ten Commandments and was completely blown away with the picture on screen. I felt that I could reach out and touch the characters on screen. The colors were so sharp and natural that I was left awed. Great TV!!!
I have been waiting a year to buy this TV it was expensive and wanted to make sure that I really wanted it. The desire to buy this product never went away and I am glad that it didn't, this product is simply awesome the best TV that I have ever bought and I am very pleased with this product. I would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about buying it.
This is what I have wanted for years awesome tv what a wonderful picture unbeleaveable If i had the money would change out all my tvs for this Thanks Samsung
Bought this on the recommendation of a friend. It was clearly the best set on display at local electronics store and there were about 50 sets on display. Out of the box, the set was reasonably well calibrated according to a DVD on calibrating HD tv's, so no setting adjustments required. Even so, this set has almost every adjustment available in on-screen user menu, no service menu required. 3D is very good and not hard to watch at all. Only complaint is cable routing. This is a thin set and not much space to plug things in, but they go in sideways and the thick hdmi cables require right angle adapters if you want a clean install. Performance is good, streaming movie service interface is choppy but usable and looses connection on occasion but overall good. Best remote I've ever used too.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and design. The performance is excellent IMO, but I gave it a good rating there since there is still some judder decoding some scenes.
I love this TV for the features first, and foremost. Excellent contrast and adjustment settings. I used most of Cnet's settings and love the image quality in 2D and 3D. The best feature is SmartHub though. I have used and abused Netflix and Internet Radio apps. Since I'm not satisfied with Netflix, I also have a choice of other apps like Blockbuster. Just an excellent selection of apps for tv, and download and install quickly thanks to wifi.
This is my first experience with 3D at home, but I like it a lot. I got ghosting once when I tried to sync the glasses while I was fast-forwarding, but otherwise it's very convincing. My ex was extremely impressed with the effect as well. Like looking into a window. Things don't pop out, they get depth. I've only used it with Comcast's 3D streams, not higher-quality bluray movies. So I'm sure the effect is even better.
Sound if great. I have it on my wall, and it's loud at 20, and I think it goes up to 100. Punchy enough down low to get the job done. I'm waiting for a cheap 7.1 system, but this TV is plenty loud enough to annoy the neighbors.
After SmartHub, Iove the design the most. I saw this TV at the store where I bought my sofa and fell in love. The tiny bezel is the business, boys. This is where it's at for the future.
I wish there wasn't anymore judder in films. It's not all over the place, but it's noticeable at times. This is something I've seen in every HDTV I've seen so far, but I wish it was still eliminated by this point. Still, nowhere near a deal-breaker.
Oh yeah, the display is bright, even in a room next to a sliding glass door. I have the backlight set at 10/20 as well, so that's impressive.
