Excellent picture. Best picture of all the TVs I reviewed. I mounted it on my wall and it looks like I added a window. Thats how realistic the set looks.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, 3d
Cons: glasses not included in the box only a voucher., the qwerty remote is awkward to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like looking out a window

In 2-D view, it's like looking through a window. In 3-D, it's like you've got your head stuck out the window. It really is difficult to tell where the living room ends and the TV begins.
The remote could be a lot better. I should be able to control my DirecTv and my basic HT audio controls with the same remote. It would also be nice if the TV would pass 5.1 from my inputs (HTPC, DirecTv, Blu-ray, Xbox) to my HT receiver. It will only pass 2.0. For me this means a few extra cables and keeping three remotes by my side; It drives my wife nuts.
Fantastic picture, features, 3D effect, everything. Only complaint is screen is too much like a plasma, needs to be in a room without any windows or with heavy drapes as the glare (reflection) is almost mirror like. Its a fantastic, beautiful picture, I wall mounted mine and it looks like a painting. I need to buy some drapes however because sunlight still gets through my blinds and shows noticeably on the screen.
This TV replaced an old CRT 55" dinosaur, so it's kind of funny seeing a 200lb refrigerator-sized unit wheeled out and replaced with a slim 54lb Samsung. The picture quality is noticeably better -- brighter, crisper, sharper.
Like others, I noticed some HD sources that were pretty much unwatchable until I turned *OFF* the motion processing, which is why performance gets 4 stars; either the processors just aren't fast enough or the firmware isn't efficient enough to handle HD sources recorded at 26fps (TNT HD and ABC HD were the most obvious ones). This workaround doesn't have any noticeable drawbacks, though, just causes me to scratch my head a little.
Setup was a breeze. Haven't played much with 3D movies yet, but while that was a requirement for a new TV, it isn't going to happen that often. One of these days I may get the Skype video camera option, as it would be pretty nice to do video chats on this screen...
The picture quality is great. I traded in my old UN46C8000 TV for this one. The 3D glasses are better because they use bluetooth instead of the emitter that the UN46C8000 had. The SKYPE webcam is better too on this tv. you can adjust viewing level. the old SKYPE webcam was fixed which meant you had to stand up to be in the middle of the webcam videochat.
