Great TV

i have had this TV since January 1, 2012 and so far it is great. Have not connected to the internet yet but will soon.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color

3D, connectivity, and Smart Apps all wrapped in one beautiful package

Overall, a good tv.
PROS - Connectivity is abundant - 4 HDMI ports, 1 Component, 1 RCA, 1 optical, and 1 ethernet. Samsung Smart Apps work decently and are well designed. Yahoo widgets are okay. 3D is beautiful. As a computer monitor it is unparalleled.
CONS - not wireless enabled, need to connect to a router or buy a Samsung LinkStick. The Smart TV apps are slow to load compared to a Galaxy Tab or laptop. The stand seems flimsy and wobbles slightly. It definitely needs to be wall anchored or wall mounted for safety reasons. The Yahoo widgets are not well implemented and seemed more of an afterthought and not part of the Smart TV platform.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, 3d!, connectivity, smart tv apps
Cons: stand wobbles when pushed slight from top, no built-in wireless, smart tv apps slow to load

besides the life like picture I love the all share program that lets you stream directly from your pc to the tv

I have been thrilled with this television. The 55" is ideal for our living room. The color, brightness, and slim design are spectacular. Blu-Rays are breathtaking! It's so much fun to watch movies on! It's expensive, but well worth the price. I would highly recommend it.

picked this model up for the family and it's awesome. Mouted over the fireplace with an ultra-slim frame and there is plent of room for other things on the mantel since the tv only taks about 1" of space.
The picture quality is great. I recommend that you dont get too crazy with the configs unless you're an expert or you might undermine the picture quality and have to reset back to defaults.
The 2d->3d capabilities makes non-3d shows and sports that much more enjoyable. Hockey in 3D is quite nice, but remember it's a converter. You wont get a perfect 3D image from a 2D program. :-)

I bought this TV several months ago and is everything I expected and more. Samsung is the best. A little over a year I had bought the model "UN46C7000" and I was so impressed by the quality so I decided to buy this new model.
Everything about this TV is good. The picture and 3D effects are perfect, almost unreal. The sound is excellent. The Wi-Fi and lots of Apps provides many choices of entertainment (to date I have not been able to explore them all). The TV comes with two pairs of 3D glasses rechargeable. These glasses are lighter and adaptive to facial contours even if you use glasses (like me).
As if all this were not enough, the TV has a beautiful and elegant design. Starting at the base (Quad Stand), just over 1 inch wide and the Ultra Slim Bezel practically make you see only the beautiful screen surrounded by an elegant silver border!
Definitely the best choice. It almost no moves me go to the cinema!
