Beautiful picture

We have only owned this TV for a couple of weeks and so far we are thrilled. Picture is so clear and color is so vivid. We chose the LED because of the sunlight in our room and can now watch the TV without closing all the blinds. Very happy with this product.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

SAMSUNG HAS BEEN AROUND ALONG TIME AND WE HAVE MANY FRIENDS THAT HAVE THE SAMSUNG NAME IN THEIR HOMES.
ITS REALLY NICE TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHEN YOU NEED TO WHEN YOU NEED HELP WITH THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE THAT WORK ARE UNABLE TO DO SO DURING THE DAY AND THEY ARE THERE 24/7 WITH GREAT AND COURTEOUS HELP FOR YOU.
MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME A 23 INCH SAMSUNG MONITOR FOR CHRISTMAS AND I LOVE IT AND NOW WE HAVE THEIR 55 INCH TV AND WISHED WE COULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PURCHASED A LARGER ONE.

This TV met our expectation

This is our first flat panel, replacing a 10-yr-old 36 " CRT, we are very happy with this product. We were very impressed by the HD picture quality, as well as the built-in speakers. While the HD quality varies from channel to channel, blue ray movie and PS games constantly deliver stunning 1080P display, which really drove our TV experience up to another level. The wireless internet connectivity works as advertised, we could connect easily to our wireless router and watched some free news clips via the Smart TV apps, but this model does not come with a browser / keyboard, if they do, it can be a big bonus to us.

Cons: no gradual adj on picture qualitye.g. brightless

When my Samsung 8000 series TV went "out" on me I never hesitated to consider another Samsung TV. My only question was, did I need all the features that the 8000 series offered. I eventually dediced to replace it with a 6000 series set and I am not disappointed. Given my particular viewing habits, this set is everything I need. I am very impressed with the way Samsung stood behind their product and worked with me to get the set that suited my needs. I would highly recommend this set to someone looking for the features it offers.

Seeing is believing! Purchased another brand & had problems & received poor customer service. Our retailer suggested this Samsung & we couldn't be more pleased.
