Love the picture

The picture is great. I use it with a Samsung BD-D5700 Blue-ray player and combined the picture is amazing. I have not used any of the online apps on the TV because I didn't want to spend the money on a wireless adapter and my blueray player has it built in. Built in wireless would make much more sence that way you arent using up one of the USB ports on the TV. The only other problem is the sound quality. This TV is very thin so there isn't much room for quality speakers, and it shows... The built in speakers provide just enough sound to hear the TV program over the kids but they rattle and vibrate too much, distorting the sound. As long as you have a receiver to amplify the sound, you are good. Other than that, the TV is amazing.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: sound quality

I am disapointed that I had to buy another piece to use the wireless system.I had bought another cheaper brand for my bed room and it was 3 d and wireless ready no extra parts to buy to use.I think it should say on the box that you need this usb part to use.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: extra cost for usb part

Well... Complaints first,,, why would you sell a "wireless" tv without a wireless router??? What the heck is with the stupid smart hub popping up everytime... its not a computer for hecks sake... tired of having to hit escape everytime i turn it on... only reason i am registering is hoping this will go away...
Oh yah, built in speaks are terribad... cant hear them on full voloume from 10 feet away...
TV overall looks nice hanging on my wall!

Many Flaws

I purchased this product after reading the negative reviews. I thought I'd get the tv that works but it turns out that the day I got it, it became finicky.
1. There is a "rainbow effect". Any time there is direct light on the screen, it looks like a rainbow.
2. Every once in a while a bunch of colorful vertical lines appear on the screen and potentially shut the tv off.
3. Netflix blinks every few seconds during a movie.
4 Unless you're watching sports- turn off the advanced motion thingy.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor tech design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I research and researched TV's and upon first going with a competitor I finally went with samsung. You have to be aware that with an LED television your going to have a little lighting on the corners. It should not be noticeable if your picture settings are correct. When watching a program I do not notice it and I am hard to please. My TV Has the BEST picture I have ever had on a Television. You HAVE to take the time and FIX the TV settigns when you first get it. My advice is to optomize the televison settings during the night time and the tweak a little brighter during the day. I couldn't be happier.

Best Bang for your Buck

I do a lot of research before buying a product and am very skeptical about new products once i saw all the things that this T.V had to offer i couldn't resist, calling it a T.V is an understatement its more like an super entertainment machine. If you need a new T.V this one is the one.

The title says it all. I have yet to go to a hotel, friend's house, family member's house who has a better looking TV. The size is fantastic, and the picture is IMMACULATE. I am an avid video gamer (X360 hooked up with an HDMI, a high-performance gaming PC hooked up through HDMI as well) My fiance and I watch various streaming services (the big ones) and assorted Blu-ray/DVD's in the evenings, and we both agree the picture is clear, defined and the contrast is absolutely stunning. The only star (still 4/5) I took down was for the features. The youtube app is a little clunky and ill-conceived, and overall the apps arent that attractive and slow to load/execute. However as just a pure LED TV, there is no comparison on the market. Amazing, amazing TV.

Cons: smart apps ill-conceived
