We purchase a 55 inch LED Tv for family room to replace a 27 inch tube Tv . We can't believe how much better the picture is on the Samsung. We looked at all the 55 inch LED tv's in the store and Samsung was the sharpest picture. My wife works for a tv station and the IT suggested the Samsung for its quality.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

So far, this TV is performing perfectly! The picture is clear and the colors are brilliant! Just started using the apps, but the information and options are fantastic.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Great TV but......

All in all. I really like this TV. The picture is fantastic and the smart hub offers a host of nice goodies. My only gripe is that when trying to input text, the existing remote makes it a bit cumbersome. I wish a qwerty keyboard was available. I did go out and purchase a Logitech Revue in hopes to solve that problem but since I'm connected via COAX with an antenna for OTA broadcasts and free HD viewing, the Revue reuires HDMI input. This is normally provided from a cable or dish STB. Therefore the Revue won't work for my set-up. I just got off line with Samsung and was advised that the qwerty remote will NOT work with my model TV (UN55D6000SF). Thus, I'm in the mus and can't get out.
Other than that issue, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

Love the SmartTv Hub!

This tv is nothing short of awesome. I love the smart hub. I can watch my netflix, listen to my pandora, and play games using my samsung galaxy s2 as the remote.
The picture is amazing.
The only thing I've noticed, is sometimes with movies and high-def shows, the picture looks like it was made with a home camera. It could be a setting I haven't discovered yet, but don't let that stop you from purchasing this tv! The screen watching football games, makes you feel like you're there.

Great TV for the money!

I bought this TV after much research about tv's. This tv has a really clear picture in HD! I love it! The only thing I was dissappointed in was it is not wireless internet ready....you have to buy a dongle. Come on Samsung, for this price, that should be included or built in. Other than that, great tv!
