Poor layout of burners,beeping alarm is annoying.

It is unfortunate the large burners are in the back. When boiling a large pot, all the steam covers the micro hood, and lifting heavy pots from the back burners is awkward. While saut_ing food, lifting the pan to toss ingredients sets off the alarm to alert you to set the pan back down. I would like to be able to turn off the beeping noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been using this cooktop for 2 months.We love it.The only issue is the shinny glass top. Scratches very easily.

Happy with our Whirlpool Gold 30" Electric Indiction Cooktop

We are overall pretty happy with our induction cooktop. We like the even heating and ability to control the temperature. Some issues with induction cookware working on front burners and not the back not sure if that is cooktop or cookware. Super easy to clean since nothing burns on cooking surface. Wish the finish wasnt so shiny. Shows every finger print. Controls in front is a nice feature but I have found its easy to lean over and turn them off by accident. Compared to the regular glass cooktop we replaced I would buy induction again.

New pots and new technology make cooking a whole new game. As time goes by I'm sure the wrinkles will be worked out.

Nice oven but can't be cleaned.

The lower door has openings to allow to air to escape. Unfortunately, this also allows spills to enter between the glass panes on the door. After three months the door looks filthy. I contacted Whirlpool regarding how to clean this and I was advised that I needed to have a service tech come out to clean my door. It is considered a "cosmetic" problem and is not covered under warranty. There is no way to avoid normal spills when using the oven. While I do like the double oven feature, it's not worth it to have my oven looking like I haven't wiped the door down, even though it was just cleaned. I was very excited when I purchased this very expensive oven and I'm sorry I wasted my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the double oven

We bought this a year ago. My hubby did alot of research into what we wanted in a range. There is only the 2 of us so the small upper oven comes in very handy. On the holidays it's great because I have room to use both ovens. The stovetopss have different heat settings and they can boil water for pasta really quickly. The stovetop is a little difficul to keep shiny.
