I have not yet used it very many times. Seems okay except for my comment about the cooking grates with some "prongs" being shorter and then must use caution to make sure pan will not tip or topple.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my gas cooktop

This is a very nice gas cooktop. The 5 burners are a definite plus, with the central burner being perfect to slow cook rice, or simmer garlic in olive oil without burning. The front burner gives a big boost if you want to boil water rapidly. And of course there is the general advantage of gas over electric: you can adjust cooking temps up and down in a flash. Cleaning is easy, the ignition works every time, and the finish looks classy. I couldn't ask for more.
