Good Cooktop for basic family cooking at a very good price

We replaced a broken cooktop about a month ago with this one. The one we replaced was 10 years old and this one heats much faster and works great for what we need. The deciding factor was the great price.

Incredible results

I bought this stove top as part of a new construction. We designed the specks of our kitchen based on the stove top. We could t be happier. Not only does it look amazing, but it cooks twice as good as it looks. Cool down is quick as our 3 year old likes to touch stuff. I would highly recommend this product

Fantastic cooktop

This cooktop could not be any better! It has a great look - the flat black surface really compliments my kitchen, and the controls all provide great functionality. I like how the dials can be turned left OR right, and how two of the burners provide a small or large heating area.Also the Simmer feature is handy for things like spaghetti once it's warmed up, or the sauce.All in all I am really glad I got off the fence and actually made the purchase!

Good features and works as described

We were reluctant to purchase a "smooth" cook top without the old coils, but are happy we did. It heats quickly and temps seem easy to control. The warmer feature is great. Last but not least is it looks great and really dresses up the kitchen. If it's as reliable long term as it has been so far, I'd have to call it a real winner!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Whirlpool Gold 36" Electric/Ceramic Glas cooking top replaces my Whirlpool 4 element with center grill which served me for over 25 years. It was this original service period that drew me back to the Brand after an extended period of investigation for a replacement stove top. In the two months of use since installing the new unit I have been pleased with the performance and look forward to man years of use.
