I really enjoy cooking on this cook top. It heats fast, and the lights remain lit while it's hot. Good product.

The perfect choice

We love the dual radiant element on our new cooktop because many times I use a larger skillet for things like chicken fried steaks or for cooking lots of bacon at once. In the past I had to keep spinning the steaks around to get the outside edges cooked because the skillet was larger than the burner on my old cooktop. I love that everything is cooking evenly! Less fuss! Also there is a second skillet burner, which I love! I don't have to wait to put the big boiling pot on after the meat is cooked. Convenient, well designed, and the heat is even. Everything gets done at the same time. Thank you Whirlpool for making my life simpler!

GREAT LOOKING COOKTOP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive cooktop. It heats quickly and evenly. The only downside seems to be cleaning the surface. We have tried a couple of different solutions and still find this to be an issue.

I previously had an open burner electric cook top and switched to this flat top. The ease of cleaning it is wonderful. It was easy to install & has been a pleasure to use!

This is our first experience with an electric cook top. We are getting used to it. The melt feature works beautifully and the simmer feature also works wonderfully.

I bought this last month, and it works well. It heats up quickly. It does show streaks and is a bit hard to clean, which is the only reason there is not a 5-star rating.
