Life expectancy leaves a lot to be desired

Just shy of 2 years old and one burner has now quit working consistently and there is smoke and a burning plastic smell that comes from the control knobs when the cooktop is on. I will not buy another one like this, especially considering the amount of money to have to now replace in less than 2 years!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So time consuming to clean!

I have purchased all my kitchen appliances from Whirlpool but my cook top is definitely the item I have regrets of purchasing. It was advertised as easy to clean but definitely isn't. From all other reviews, I see that many have the same complaints. I need to use a razor blade after using a cleaner and scrubbing forever. I have purchased a Ninja pressure cooker and now use this as often as possible to avoid having to clean my cook top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This came with house. A lot better then my other glass top. After wipe down wipe with distilled water and it looks like new.

Excellent Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this cooktop for a short while and am well pleased with the performance. I rated it a 4 because the printing for the dial positions is so faint, very hard to read. Several times I have turned on the wrong burner because it is so hard to read the icon for position.

Dual burner stopped working after 3 years

In addition to the dual burner breaking, the surface is very difficult to clean. Of course, the burner broke down after the warranty period...
