Nice cooktop for white kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few weeks ago and have been happy so far. Elements turn down quickly and the top cleans easily. White cooktops show more dirt than black but black did not fit in with the rest of our white kitchen and appliances. The only complaint we have is there is a dedicated simmer button and in spite reading the very minimal description of how this works in the manual we have no idea how to use it and just ignore it. Have your tech writers rewrite this section of the manual please or eliminate the button.
