Great looking-Great Performance

I bought this to upgrade my kitchen along with other appliances. I thought my old GE cook top was doing OK but this Whirlpool does a much better job. It heats up faster and, more importantly, it cooks more evenly than my old GE. I like that it has a 12" element.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good thought put into design of this great stove top - wonde

Really like this new stove top. Mainly because it follows our American working order - just like reading order - top to bottom, left to right. On the other brands we saw, you never knew which button was for which burner. As I know from my old stove, that can result in lots of problems and errors, e.g., burned food.Only problem is that it's difficult to get rid of spots when you clean, but it cooks amazingly well. It's the cooking that's its main function and it really comes through. Also love the simmer feature & the dual purpose burner with icons I can understand to know which activates the smaller and which the larger burner. Someone put lots of good thought and consideration of the cooks into the design of this stove. That someone was most successful - the cooking experience with this stove is great.

My first cook top

I have always used stove/cook top combinations in my house.this is our first separate cook top and we love it. It was easy to install and it is easy to keep clean.We looked at many models, but the lay out of the burners as well as the number and size of burners on this unit made it our number one choice. We have not been disappointed
