All in one MFGC-J6710DW met my expectations except for the picture print quality which is not as good as my prior MFC-6450CW printer

Brother is a great product. I had a printer issue and Brother was more than willing to accommodate my needs getting me another printer refurbished (same model). So far, so good.

Disappointing

Not the speed we expected. Not user friendly. Has to reset itself after every copy job. copy one page and the machine has to go through all sorts of motions to print a different page.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After owning various H-P all-in-one inkjet printers I took a friends advice and purchased a Brother. I chose the Brother MFC-J6710DW because it had two large capacity paper trays, automatic feeder and a single sheet manual feeder slot for unusual items. Plus the fabulous large glass that allows you to make full size copies of 11"X17" or larger prints. I found this machine easy to set-up and operate. The ink cartridges go in very easy and I get about 50% more copies from the XL ink cartridges then I was getting with my old H-P printers. On a different note I must add that my printer did cease to print after just about 10 months of normal home office use. I had to go through an exhausting triple phone contact with each agent asking me the same information and having me perform a redundant exercise of attempts to get the printer working again. These were all things that I tried before I made the first phone call, so I knew it was not going to help. But the good news is that in the end Brother lived up to there warranty and sent me a new machine that arrived in just four days. If you don't own a Brother I recommend you check one out to-day. You will find that it will be the best buy you will ever make.

Brother offers no repair service in all of NYC
