Upgrade to MFC-J6710DW

I had a previous Brother Printer (model MFC-5895) and had a lot of issues with it. I trusted the Brother name and invested a little more and upgraded to this model on an exchange. This is a great printer and I have had no paper jams or error codes at all while printing 11x17 or 8.5 x 11 documents. Fax works very good and the copier is very clear and reliable. The ink life is very good and the color or B&W clarity is excellent. I use this printer in a personal business and personally and it has performed flawlessly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Machine!

Folks at Brother are a real great group to work with. The first printer-- printer head went bad. I thought the printer was done for-(ditch!) Brother send me a new one by air in 2 days. Had trouble between laptop & printer. I didn't have to bust my pocket. Thank-you!

Great 11x17 printer

This the best low priced 11 x 17 printer in the business. I have a MFC 8860 that has been great but it didn't do 11 x 17. The scan is also excellent and very easy to use. Keep up the good work Brother

Best All in one printer

had other brands but this is my first and only all in one and it is the best one i ever purchased. Can do everything, Fax, Copy, Print, Scan, Photo

MFC-J6710DW Experience

I'm very excited about owning the MFC-J6710DW printer. It was easy to setup the wireless network to my Apple router. The most fantastic feature is that I can scan via the wireless router, and I can send such documents or pictures to my Windows 7 PC or to iMAC system by selecting via the printer front panel the destination system. No need to have a scanner attached to my iMAC to scan pictures or documents anymore.

I chose this to replace an earlier Brother MF printer. The wireless part was a bit difficult to get working properly, I had to do it several times. However, once I got it going, I really like it. The Paper Port software if easy to use. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with this printer.

Purchased for my home office to replace an older HP unit. Set up out of the box was simple and minor questions regarding the driver software were addressed by Brother tech support promptly.
I especially like the ability to print larger 11x17 documents that the HP could not. Independent ink cartridges for each color also a big plus.

whats the point

whats the point of having a printer that grabs multiple sheets for every print or prints one sheet half on one sheet and the other half on another. verrrrrrry time consuming pulling the tray out and feed one sheet for every page and repeat and repeat. called customer service no help. oh also forgot to mention it is 6 months old :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
