I use this mfc for my home business and the bonus is that I can print from anywhere in my home. Another thing I like is having two paper cassettes that switch automatically. Have had only one paper jam in 6 months and was easy to clear and has worked perfect since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Laser like b/w printing, great color when used, and affordable inks. inks have simpler level indicator and change easily for self servicers. Only regret is it wont scan 11x17 like the bigger version i have in the shop.

First Brother Printer

I am pleased with this purchase, the only problem is not being able to see how much paper is left in the tray and the fact that you have to take the tray totally out in order to fill it.
The ink last as long time and replacements are easy to replace.
Took me awhile to figure out that on manual fax use, a code has to be keyed in before it works, I am not that happy with this feature and see no reason for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

please work on your ink usage . I have been using an hp product for 12 years and refuse to part with it. bought the MFC-J6710DW as a back up and is not totally sold yet. I guess I need time to feel comfortable

Good printer

I have had this printer for several months and have had no problems from it. It is a good printer and it is used for a small business. The only thing that I am disappointed in is the quality of the color ink. It is not vibrant at all. It would be fine for personal use but we use this for professional printing and use it for printing of presentations. All other features are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
