Basically here is the good and bad.
Good: - Nice resolution. - Love the S-pen. - Good to have an expansion slot.
Bad. - Battery charging time is terrible. - Battery life is terrible. - CPU overheats quickly. - Buttons and hardware failed in 18 months. - Out of warranty so out of luck for me. Was cheaper to get a different tablet then go through the hassle of getting this fixed for who knows what price and duration. For its price - I was disappointed.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As all new electronic product is, this device can be quite pricy at the beginning but still far cry lower than apple. The pen is an extremely nice touch if you have bit of artsy flair in you. It does everything promised and double screen is exceptionally cool. Only downside is that the double screen is not offered on all application but it works for general apps. It is little awkward to type but this is the case shared by all tablets atm and not a flaw that is singular to this device.
As a beginning artist, I was looking for a fairly inexpensive digital tablet that would let me draw directly on the screen as opposed to a Wacom desk tablet. Between the Galaxy Note 10 and the Surface Pro, the Note is a better value, easier to hold, has better battery and isn't as likely to suffer technological obsolescence when it comes to running graphic programs. The SPen is pressure sensitive and accurate enough to be leagues better than a traditional rubber/felt tipped stylus and doesn't have the finicky wireless issues iPad "smart pens" do. The included Galaxy version of Autodesk Sketchbook is also very powerful and versatile for simple and intermediate drawing.
This is a good Android tablet for anyone who is looking for an Android tablet. Personally I don't like the Android OS, but I needed a device for testing my mobile apps so when I got a good deal on this model I picked it up.
I understand the benefits that you can get from Android, I'm an app developer so I probably could be a power user if I really wanted to be one. However I also have to keep my testing devices as close to standard as possible. Also some of the benefits that you get from power user setups can actually be a security vulnerability that I would prefer not to deal with.
Pros: Inexpensive, s-pen
Cons: android, lacks itunes like supporting pc app
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
