Upgrade for me from earlier version. Very satisfied with new features for this version. It was very
easy to register the new version and it automatically set up my new one with apps that I had on
the earlier version. Samsung wants to please. I like the idea that I can sync my tablet with Media on
my Windows computer via USB connection. Only been working with it for a few days, but I am very
pleased that I made the upgrade.

All of my tablets have beenew Samsung. This one is better than last. Bright display, fast and durable. Easy use and understanding of tablet opens up to quickly jumping from one task to the next. this is my goto device for everything. A must have

Excellent tablet with the exception of Bluetooth

Tablet features work great with the exception of using a bluetooth keyboard. KB's that work with other Samsung devices do not work with this. Bluetooth audio is noisey/staticey but headphone audio is clear. These same elements work very good on other Samsung devices with Android 4.3.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: poor bluetooth, price to value very high

I have really enjoyed using the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition tablet. It is usually very quick but sometimes it moves or jumps slowly from screen to screen. I fixed that by rebooting. My biggest complaint is that there is no Bluetooth keyboard available for this tablet. I use the table for work and play. My work productivity is diminished greatly without a keyboard. Samsung -- please release a keyboard for this tablet preferably a keyboard and case combination.

Cons: no bluetooth keyboard

My Note 10.1 2014

First off: I love this tablet. I use the S-Pen extensively and the functionality is great. The tablet performs really well, but if you use a launcher other than Touchwiz it will perform great. I use the Apex launcher and all of the Samsung apps (that I care about: Namely the Stylus stuff) work great and the tablet is much snappier. If the performance whilst running Touchwiz was as good as it is without Touchwiz I would have rated performance as a 5. I hide all of the other Samsung apps because I prefer Google's apps to Samsung's overall.
I like the design of the tablet, except that I wish that the 10.1 2014 had the multitask button instead of the menu button. I also find it annoying that the hardware menu button suppresses the software menu button in Android. I have heard that 4.4 will change this and I look forward to that very much.
Now my complaint: Samsung. It seems that they forgot about the 10.1 2014 because they want to prioritize on the new "Pro" line. This is quite disappointing. I say this because it seems that the accessories for the 2014 10.1 are almost nonexistent. No keyboard dock, no universal dock, only the magnetic cover. I feel a little burnt by what seems to be a lackluster selection of accessories. The third party accessory support is also quite weak.
Hurry up and release 4.4, please, Samsung.
